2. Products and Services

Aplanthecary.com provides professional indoor plant services, including plant sourcing and selection, design and consultation, installation, and maintenance. We strive to provide accurate information and high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free or that services will be uninterrupted.

3. Ordering and Payment

• Orders can be placed through the Website or via phone/email.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
• We accept Credit and Debit Cards, Digital Wallets, and Mobile Payment Apps.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• For one-time services, clients may cancel 24-hour before service.
• For ongoing maintenance contracts, clients may cancel with 3 days' notice. Early termination may be subject to a [specify fee or percentage] fee.
• Refunds may be issued for one-time services in certain circumstances, subject to our discretion.
• Refunds for ongoing maintenance contracts will be prorated based on the remaining service period, less any applicable cancellation fees.

5. Plant Health Guarantee

• We guarantee the health of our plants for 5 days after installation.
• If a plant dies within this period due to issues with the plant itself, we will replace it free of charge.
• This guarantee does not cover damage caused by neglect, improper care, or environmental factors beyond our control.

6. Property Damage

• Aplanthecary.com is responsible for any damage to client property caused by our negligence during installation or maintenance services.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Aplanthecary.com and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission. 

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the Website in a lawful and respectful manner. You may not engage in any conduct that is harmful, offensive, or disruptive to other users or to Aplanthecary.com. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Unlawful activity
• Hate speech
• Bullying or harassment
• Spam or promotional activities

Aplanthecary.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Website or our services. Our liability for direct damages shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit our liability for damages caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
